Refund policy

I hope you will love your purchases from Noeo Bible studies, but if you do not, they may be returned for a full refund, under the following conditions.

Printed workbooks (physical products)

First, please check your order upon receipt to make sure it is correct, and not damaged or defective. Returned items must be unused and in good condition, unless your return is due to a damaged or defective product.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your workbook(s) To request a return, please email me. Once your refund is approved, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package 

You will be reimbursed for purchase costs and applicable shipping charges within 2 days of receipt of your returned workbook(s)

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be refunded!
